4. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase Products.
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to:
- stock unavailability,
- payment issues,
- pricing or listing errors,
- suspected fraud or abuse.
A binding contract is formed only once we send an order confirmation email.
You are responsible for ensuring all order details, including delivery address and contact information, are accurate.
5. Prices, Currency & Taxes
Prices are displayed in the local currency unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
Applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT, or sales tax) are calculated at checkout where required by law.

By placing an order, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.
7. Shipping, Fulfilment & Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, but processing times may vary.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Where free tracked shipping is offered, this will be clearly stated on the Site.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we may:
- charge a re-shipping fee, or
- issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible before fulfilment begins.
Once an order has entered fulfilment or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our Returns Policy after delivery.
9. Returns, Refunds & 45-Night Trial
Returns, refunds, and our 45-Night Trial are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The 45-Night Trial applies only to first-time purchases and is subject to the conditions stated on the Site.
For faulty or incorrect items, contact hello@mysnoozie.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to:
