We ship worldwide, including Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
Available shipping destinations are shown at checkout.
Fulfilment & Processing
All orders are processed quickly, typically within 1 business day.
Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfilment centres, allowing us to maintain consistent stock levels and reliable delivery across multiple regions.
Once an order has entered fulfilment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Shipping Method & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- carrier information
- a tracking link
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active once the carrier has scanned the parcel.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location.
Typical delivery estimates are:

These timeframes are estimates only and are provided by our logistics partners. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.
Delays & Customs
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window.
However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- weather conditions
- customs clearance or inspections
Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to:
- an incorrect or incomplete address
- refusal of delivery
- failure to collect the parcel
the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases:
- a re-shipping fee may apply, or
- a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please email hello@mysnoozie.com within 7 days of the delivery notification and include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
Returns & Trial
Returns, refunds, and our 45-Night Trial are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
